Our UK Telesales team is widely acknowledged as the fastest and most efficient order processing service in the automotive parts industry.

The team of 16 operators work closely with our Account Managers and provide a customer helpline, handling a multitude of enquiries and redirecting them accordingly. An average of approximately 42,000 calls are received in our telesales department every month.

Every call puts the customer directly in touch with an advanced high speed distribution system, which controls each order from the minute it is received through to reliable on-time delivery, so that the customer can plan with total confidence in our service.
